Job Description/ Responsibilities: 

- Responsibilities for Travel include co-ordination with our agent for visa appointment booking, flight tickets and payments thereafter and co-ordination with employees to submit necessary documents on time.
- Manage office commute programs like Uber and Ola.

- Ensuring employees are travel ready with the appropriate forex and thereafter processing the settlement of travel expenses.

- Working with our banks to ensure Credit/Forex cards are issued to employees on timely basis.

- Collaborating with local and international employees to address and fulfill their travel requirements.

- Responsible for ensuring the day-to-day functioning of the office without any hinderance. Working with respective office staff to ensure cleanliness of office is maintained in all aspects.
- To ensure the internet service is running all through the year and raising tickets with ISP whenever appropriate.

- Work with the management team in making sure the office is a great place to work and providing employees with all necessary infrastructure to support their work.

- Co-ordination with team in head office for a streamlined operation execution.

- Work with vendors in the region and ensure employee issues in the hub are addressed in an adequate forum with a timely response.

- Coordinating and managing catering services to ensure seamless operations in the hub.

- Handling petty cash transactions and maintaining accurate records.


Desired Role:

- 5 years or more industry experience with at least 2+ years in Travel management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with people at multiple levels.

- Ability and willingness to work in a flat organizational structure.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

- Experience working with a diverse workforce.

- Excellent time management and ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

- Self-motivated and target driven.

- Transparent and timely inputs to management.

- Proactive in nature.


Required Qualification:

Preferably MBA / Post graduate degree in Operations

Location: Only Pune.
